For this reason, we respectfully request that cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance. ​

We created this policy to better meet the demands of all our customers. When cancellations are made close to the cleaning time, other customers miss the opportunity to clean their home. ​

For this reason, if we do not receive a call or text message with the agreed upon time, there will be a $50 charge on your next scheduled cleaning. Thank you in advance for understanding the policy we have instituted.
